Where can you use your free cinema tickets?

Once you’ve claimed and received your cinema tickets you can use them at any Cineworld Cinema in the UK (except their cinemas at Chelsea, Fulham Road, Haymarket or Shaftesbury Avenue) or any Movie House Cinema in Northern Ireland. How do you go about claiming your tickets?

Terms & Conditions

1. NatWest customers

Only NatWest current account customers can buy NatWest Film First outdoor screening tickets
A customer is defined as someone who holds a current account with NatWest
NatWest is part of RBS Group. As well as our NatWest Film First outdoor screenings taking place across London (One Day), Manchester London (One Day), and Cardiff (Jane Eyre), there will also be RBS Film First screenings taking place in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
As a NatWest customer, as long as you book with your NatWest debit card, you may also attend RBS Film First events in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

2. Security

We will be carrying out random bag searches upon entry to the event site for every customer’s safety and security.
Please remember to bring along a copy of your e-ticket and your NatWest debit card to ensure access to the screenings are quick and easy – our security teams will be checking these on the door.
Please refrain from recording throughout the screening. Security will be in place to monitor illegal recordings and recording equipment will be confiscated on the night if it is suspected that it is being used for unlawful re-production of the film.

3. Disabled Access

We have a designated entrance and disabled areas for wheelchair users with solid track way. Wheelchair users and their guests may sit in the same area to watch the film.

4. Restrictions

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please check your chosen film classification for legal restrictions on age.
Alcohol and glass bottles are permitted on site and we want you to bring along a picnic and enjoy the event. However we would ask that you bring plastic glasses and avoid bringing any sharp knives wherever possible, for safety reasons.
We want to ensure that everyone has the best possible view of the film, so please refrain from bringing any of the following items; umbrellas, parasols, barbeques, tables, chairs or gazebos.
All event locations operate a strict no smoking policy.

5. Cancellations

Tickets must be purchased with your NatWest debit card. You will need to bring along your debit card with your e-ticket for verification to access your chosen screening.
NatWest Film First outdoor screening tickets can only be purchased through filmfirst.natwest.com. All tickets will be e-tickets, so you will therefore need a personal email address which the e-ticket is sent to. You will also need access to a printer to print out your e-ticket so that you can bring it with you to the event.
You will not be able to purchase NatWest Film First tickets on the door or by telephone.
There will be no temporary or reserved seating at these events. NatWest will provide all ticket holders with a disposable seat to provide you with that extra bit of comfort on the night. However, feel free to bring blankets and picnic rugs along, so you can enjoy the film and have a comfortable picnic.
